MOTO

MX Background
Dane is very active in the Canadian Motocross world in the province of British Columbia, primarily the Kootenay region.  
Dane's background in motocross starts at the age of 12 years old, racing the Alaska motocross series.  This interest had Dane pursue racing in California where he entertained the idea of racing MX professionally.  In the end, at 18 years old, Dane pursued skiing over MX as a professional career starting in 2018.  
Volunteering
Dane is a volunteer board member at KMX, performing the role as treasurer at Kootenay Motocross.  In addition to his role as treasurer, Dane helps out by building and operating the KMX website, leading track modifications/building and grooming as well as coaching at the KMX motocross clinics. 

Race Performance
Dane participates intermittently in the British Columbia Future West Moto Series as well as the local Kootenay Motocross Series.
Dane is a top 5 Vet Master and Pro Am in the Future West Series & Overall Pro champion at the Kootenay Motocross Series.
